The full day gives you 8+ hours on the water, the full experience. Lots of restaurants. Bayside Gourmet, Midway Cafe. Mangrove Mike's. Overseas Kitchen. Lots of places to stay. Casa Morada. La Siesta Resort. Pelican Cove. Vacation rentals galore!

What We Offer
What You Catch
The DirtyBoat offers several types of trips, designed around what you want to catch.
Split Charters are available for small groups looking to share the fee and the fish. We limit the number of anglers to 4 people instead of the max of 6. Just seems to be the magic number where everyone gets enough time on the rod and everyone gets to take home enough fish.
Half Day (4 hours): Quick trip to the reef to catch Snapper, Grouper, Mackerel and Sailfish.
3/4 Day (6 hours): Begin our day catching live bait on the reef and some great fish for dinner. And then off to the wrecks to catch bigger fish, including Amberjack, Wahoo, Tuna, Grouper and Mutton Snapper.
Mahi-Mahi (8+ hours): Start by catching live bait on the reef and then head offshore 15-20 miles, in the way hunting, looking for diving birds and floating debris. Just click the add-on option while booking a Full Day.
Tarpon and Shark (4 hours): Departing at 5pm, we are armed and dangerous with live bait and fish carcasses. We anchor up in the channels, put out a couple of live baits on the surface and a couple of dead baits on the bottom. Then we wait…
We typically target Sailfish, Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi, Snapper, Grouper, Cobia, Mackerel, Tarpon, Sharks and Amberjack, depending on the time of year.
Specialty trips can be designed by request for Swordfish, Tile Fish, Snowy Grouper and other deep-water species.
This was definitely #1 on greatest fishing trips I’ve experienced. They were able to hook us on a 35lb dolphin fish that gave me the most thrilling fight I’ve ever had. Highly recommend The Dirty Boat for your next Islamorada fishing trip.
