QuickBooks Integration Terms

Agreement

By authorizing this QuickBooks Online integration, you authorize DirtyBoat Charters LLC to access and use your QuickBooks data for internal bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, cleanup, and operational support purposes.

Authorized Use

This integration is intended for internal business operations and accounting support. It may be used to review transactions, prepare reconciliations, organize records, identify inconsistencies, and support bookkeeping decisions for the connected business.

No CPA or Legal Representation

Unless separately agreed in writing, use of this integration does not create a CPA-client, attorney-client, or licensed financial advisory relationship. Outputs from the integration may support bookkeeping and operational review, but final tax, legal, compliance, and accounting judgments remain the responsibility of the business owner and their licensed professionals.

Your Responsibilities

• You must have authority to connect the QuickBooks company.
• You are responsible for reviewing important accounting decisions before they are finalized.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own records, backups, and professional oversight where needed.

Service Availability

Integration access depends on third-party systems including Intuit QuickBooks Online, hosting providers, and supporting infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirtyBoat Charters LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the integration. The business owner remains responsible for final approval of bookkeeping actions, reconciliations, tax filings, and financial statements.

Termination

You may revoke access at any time through Intuit or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, compliance, misuse prevention, or operational reasons.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
