Agreement

By booking a charter with DirtyBoat Charters LLC or using our website (dirtyboat.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't book. Simple as that.

Booking & Deposits

• A deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date. The deposit amount is shown during checkout.
• Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received and you receive a confirmation from us.
• Full payment is due on the day of the charter, prior to departure.
• Prices are as listed at time of booking and are subject to change for future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 7+ days before your trip: Full deposit refund.
• Cancellations 3–6 days before your trip: 50% of deposit refunded.
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before your trip: Deposit is non-refundable.
• No-shows: No refund. Full charter amount may be charged.
• Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible based on availability. Contact us as early as possible.

Weather Policy

We fish in a lot of conditions — that's what makes us DirtyBoat. However, safety is non-negotiable.

• Captain Kit Carson has sole discretion to cancel or modify a trip due to unsafe weather conditions.
• If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
• If weather is borderline and you choose to cancel without the captain canceling, standard cancellation policy applies.
• Lightning, sustained winds over 25 mph, or NOAA small craft advisories may result in captain-initiated cancellation.

On the Water

• The captain's word is law on the vessel. Safety instructions must be followed at all times.
• All anglers must comply with Florida state and federal fishing regulations.
• Guests are responsible for obtaining their own Florida saltwater fishing license (or paying the short-term license fee through FareHarbor).
• DirtyBoat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• Guests participate in charter fishing activities at their own risk.

Email & SMS Consent

By providing your email or phone number during booking or through our website, you consent to receive communications from DirtyBoat Charters LLC including:

• Booking confirmations and trip reminders via email and/or SMS
• Follow-up messages related to your charter experience
• Promotional offers and fishing reports (if opted in)

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Reply STOP to any SMS, or visit dirtyboat.com/unsubscribe to manage email preferences. Transactional messages related to your active booking cannot be opted out of.

Limitation of Liability

DirtyBoat Charters LLC's liability for any claim arising from a charter is limited to the amount paid for that charter. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Monroe County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
